Beading parties are very popular and fun for any group of friends. It's not that hard to do and everyone will have a great time doing it.
Some of the best times beading are when friends get together and show each other how to make new projects and share the work that they have been doing. Planning a bead party is not as hard as many people think, and can be loads of fun. Getting ReadyThe first thing that anyone that wants to plan a beading party needs is a good date to plan the party. Ideally a bead party should be planned at least three weeks ahead. That gives the people that plan on coming a chance to look for their favorite works and bring them to share. The next thing to think about is snacks and drinks for the party. That way everyone will stay happy and this will ramp up the fun a little bit more. It’s also ideal to plan on eating and drinking either before or after the beading fun so that hands are clean and it’s easier to make the new designs that are being learned. Time For A PartyNow that it’s the day, everything must be set up and ready to go for the party. The food should be set up and ready so that it can be consumed before or after the actually beading part of the party. The next thing is everyone getting a chance to tell about his or her work and explain how to make it. I’ve found that hosting a party like this with just two artists teaching is a great plan. That way there is plenty of time for each to show how it’s done and for everyone that is attending to learn and ask questions, so that they can learn new things that they never thought they could. After The PartyWhen the party is over the host should make sure and thank the people that shared their work as well as the people that attended the party. They may decide that they want to be invited again to another party and it’s the host’s responsibility to make the people coming so that they will want to come again to the next one. Creating a bead party is really a lot of fun and it can be a great learning experience for anyone that wants to learn how to bead or to advance their skills. Beading parties are fun for those that want a night out with the girls and to come home with something pretty and handmade.
